Building a Culture in a New Economy
I’ve missed posted my content in irrelevant topics on Sharesome. I’m learning this new system and I’ve made mistakes in how I use the platform.
Now that the topics I monitor are gaining popularity I’m faced with what to do with content that is mis-posted in my topics.
Today I start pushed a few posts off my topics that didn’t fit my criteria. However, moving forward I will give posts I deem not relevant to my topic will get a notice that they don’t fit the criteria of the topic and they have 24 to repost the content in a different topic. Surely, I will suggest appropriate topics for the content for the author.
Giving a notice as opposed to quickly deleting content will provide an opportunity for learning and I earn value communicating with others.
