4th in the Story Series is called IDGAF and is about untamed creativity & abstract thought.
I tokenized IDGAF today on Rarible, 4 editions for .3 eth each.
Here’s my interpretation of this piece, but like all stories is subjective to my perspectives, so please take what you want and leave the rest.
Life is full of contradictions. Work with them.
This is a powerful message wrapped in a colorful and silly package. Life is full of contradictions. Work with them. There’s a fuller picture available to you when you accept there is more beyond your own perspective. Moments are immensely complex, containing perspectives from many views.
We each have a unique piece to add to the collective. It is of great benefit you express that uniqueness.
IDGAF about your opinions of me and my expression. It’s not about you. It’s not even about me.
Abstract thinking, expanded perspectives, asserting the self, knowing & owning the self. Fuck what everyone else thinks or has to say about it. Fuck the old systems of centralization and traditional measures of value. IDGAF about your values. IDGAF about your morals. IDGAF about your opinions of me and my expression. It’s not about you. It’s not even about me. So i also don’t give a fuck about my own judgements of my work. Our art communicates from the unconscious of our own psyche and that of the collective. So all that matters is we show up for it with an open mind.
The stage is yours, what will you do with it?
Express freely outside the parameters of expectations- your own and those of others. Your life is yours. The stage is yours, what will you do with it? Assert yourself, you exist, be free, stand your ground. Sometimes you have to force a course change, and to do it you will need personal power and strength.
It’s go time. The flow of action is activated now through unconscious shaping forces. Action. Movement. Power.
To really understand the piece from my perspective, you have to understand the painting I call Uruz and it’s creation.

Elements:
Painting (Uruz- untamed Creativity, the will to live passionately & free)
Tears (emotion)
Blue eyes/ mouth/ spaghetti/ body (communication, loud and powerful message)
Wide open eyes focused outwardly (looking at you)
Diogenes- (Right hand (output) — offering this philosophy of radical transparency & self reliance)
Blue noodles- (Left hand (input) — abstract thinking)
Horizontal lines & vertical lines (movement & folding)
Uruz rune symbol — 3x / various sizes — (strengthens the message, think in fractals)
Chrysler Building (uniqueness, built on the cusp of the Great Depression, represents the machine age of the 1920s)
Violin (music- the song of the spirit, unique to each individual)
As I was analyzing this piece, I was inspired to create this Meditation- start at eyes, look into them and breathe a few breaths, the eyes are the start of this ride, they offer a line of communication, notice the tears, follow them down the face till you reach the mouth, pause for a second and breathe, bring awareness to your own lips, feel your breath on them. Move your gaze down to the body, breathe deep into your own core, breathe into the ribs, feel a reaching expansiveness, like a song getting louder, begin to tune into the movement of the breath. Notice the stance, feel strength and grounding in your physical, we prepare for the ride, you may get dizzy and nauseous, allow the energy of this stance and the power of uruz protective field to ground your own energy. Move your focus down the right arm to the round object. Gaze and breathe. The message being offered is to be open minded, radically real with yourself & others. Imagine your gaze circling from the right hand, back and around the figure, moving with the lines, diagonal towards the left hand. Notice the painted noodles. Exhale fully into this image, breathing abstract thought into the process. Imagine your gaze continuing the circle, moving diagonally across the front of the figure down to the right hand and continue the movement circling around the figure. Now pause for a moment and repeat the process, from the eyes, but this time taking the gaze up from the core to the left hand. Send the gaze in a circle moving around the back of the figure around to the right hand, from right hand up and around to the left, completing the circle. This is going the opposite direction. Breathe and feel this motion. Now try to sense both circles, moving in opposite directions at the same time. Once you find that flow move your gaze around the image and experiment with different focal points while continuing the counter rotational flow. For me the piece begins to fold in on itself and out around itself.

About the Series:
Reinventing my past work is an evolution for me as an artist and it allows me the chance to tell the story,
Everything I create is done spontaneously & intuitively. This allows me to reflect on the work afterwards and dig in to find what my and the collective unconscious is communicating.
This collection represents my artistic expression for the past two years. I created these pieces by layering, blending and editing multiple original photos. Repurposing my physical art and modeling photos. Reinventing my past work is an evolution for me as an artist and it allows me the chance to tell the story, highlighting how all the pieces weave together.

Everything I’m presenting was made by me almost entirely from my mobile device. Being able to work and create from mobile opens more possibilities and I hope inspires others with limited resources to do the same.
Eth earned from these pieces will be kept in crypto. I’m going to be exploring & experimenting with staking Hex, Dai and will continue to buy Hot.
