Nobody feels sexy when they’re bloated.

I want to use this platform to discuss all elements of sexuality. Being healthy and having a properly functioning digestive cycle is step one to being sexy.

Adding predictability to your body’s natural cycles helps you be prepared for sexual encounters. Knowing your body this way allow for a confident attitude that leads people to the bedroom. Not having predictability in your body’s cycles makes you act in a way that avoids sexual activity, hence you do things to those around you that pushes away sexual activity.

Kombucha and Sprouts

Everyone I convince to eat sprouts and drink kombucha daily report back a healthy gut, better attitude and better and more sex.

I grow my own sprouts and make my own kombucha, which helps break the “its expensive to eat healthy truism.”

Kombucha is easy to prepare — allow the scoby to set in brewed tea for a week.

Sprouts need a little maintenance of rinsing the seeds daily for about 4 days, otherwise not much is needed to grow.
