Creating Poly

Lovense piece complete! It’s my current favorite. The fluorescent pink against the regular colors and the wave pattern. It’s pretty next level vinyl art shit! Had me curious about the fluorescent colors. I compared all my pieces and noticed that the most pleasing ones (the lovense and Oral Poly) both used fluorescent pink against a non fluorescent pink. Diogenes is mostly fluorescent and is slightly uncomfortable to look at for longer periods. Where I can get lost in the depth and contrast of the mix of fluorescent and non fluorescent colors. Fluorescent colors create a 3D effect with 3D glasses. I have a few paintings where I experimented around with this before. A technique first introduced to me by one of my former lovers.
Since this is about art and polyamory-
Really dipping my toes into this poly thing, I invited him to stay for the weekend. At this time my partner was really encouraging for me to explore other relationships and introduced me to this whole framework P….We made art and explored the 3D effect of neon paint. We slept in the same bed for days and only cuddled. He would hold me and that’s all I wanted. It felt great to just express what I wanted and it was respected. And I now had a partner that I could share openly with. The beginning of my sexual awakening is rooted in this sense of safety I felt with my partner. All a positive effect of radical transparency.

I knew the date this time. Rent is due. Haha. This past week was productive and also pretty low at times. I moved through the low moments quite gracefully in my opinion. There were tears and there was confusion, disappointment and a fair amount of embarrassment. But it felt fluid. As I was walking this afternoon I saw a big branch in the road. And I associated it with obstacles and worries in my life. As I walked past it, I grabbed it and dragged it for a few seconds. It was unnecessary to bring it with me. So I left it. And continued my flow in the direction I was going. So the lesson….there are obstacles just be aware and maneuver around. You can bring them into the present but it’s stupid. So next time I get upset about some stupid shit, I’ll remember it’s no different than dragging that branch.
